What is the Return Policy?

Items purchased online must be returned within 40 days of the order date and items purchased in-store must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the original payment. If you receive a return within 60 days of the order or purchase date, your refund will be credited to your gift card in the amount of the purchase.

All returns are subject to the terms of our Return Policy.

Make sure you are matching the correct product with the correct packaging and labeling. Items that are sent to us in error, incorrectly labeled, or do not meet our return criteria will not be returned or refunded.

Mail

Start an online return.

When you ship an item using a prepaid shipping label, we email the label to you to print at home.

If you do not have a printer, you can show your digital return code to an eligible carrier and they will print the shipping label for you.

Returns are processed within 10-14 business days and refunds are issued within 3-5 business days of processing. We may accept mail-in returns beyond the time periods specified in our Return Policy at our discretion. Late returns will receive a 50% refund of the original purchase price. (Note: beginning March 15, 2023, partial refunds will be credited to your e-gift card instead of the original payment)

Please note that we will deduct a $9.95 return shipping fee from your refund for each prepaid shipping label used.
